Similar to another customer review.Amazon was great as help me get a replacement quickly (as usual)Update May 2017 - I've had it with these bottle (tops). They leak or don't work anymore. I know they sell replacement caps but I'm not going to spend another dime on this product line. You do need to use a toothbrush or pipe cleaner to clean out the straw, as it gets build up (especially if you use chapstick). I made a mistake and used a flavored toothpaste to clean...water tasted like toothpaste for a little while until I soaked it for a bit. I have not had any issues with the bottle retaining flavor or smells, otherwise. Easy to clean in the dishwasher.This company is also awesome! An internal part broke on mine the first time I dropped it from a short distance...must have been a manufacturing weakness...and they replaced the cap for me free of charge.I absolutely love the convenience of being able to sip water in the car easily while driving, or while I am working out at the gym. Great for the treadmill!! Also the glass is so much better than plastic. Good color!
