I needed the thicker needle because the smaller kept bending in the syringe. Having arthritis in my hands make holding and filling the needle with syringe a little tricky> I use a vile holder and was still bending the needle. Switched to the thicker needle and was 80 percent better with my injections.

Hubby has a medicine he has to self-inject weekly and obtaining the right size needles from the local pharmacy has been hit-or-miss lately. On a whim, I searched Amazon Pharmacy and found these. Hubby said he thinks they're even better than what he originally was getting. And I was impressed with the cost. Pros: Hubby no longer complains about shopping for needles; he's set for quite awhile. I don't have to listen to him grousing about the needle quality after every shot. The price was much better than locally sourced ones. Cons: None I can think of.
