I have generally been sceptical of ordering non oem printer supplies having had a few poor experiences in the past. Not so with these - arrived quickly, well packaged and slipped into the machine easily. Print quality has been terrific and I am unable to tell the difference against the expensive HP cartridges. I am not a power user of the printer but these have lasted a considerable period of time, so far about 1 year and still going strong. I cannot fault the longevity. In summary, excellent value, excellent quality and excellent usage – I will be ordering again for sure.

The yellow cartridge leaked, and now every page comes out completely yellow. I believe it may also have damaged the printer, as there is yellow ink all over the print area.

I think like many people I came here for the price, compared to that of the original HP cartridges. I wasn't quite sure what to expect. They arrived quickly, properly wrapped and boxed. I did briefly see an alert message on the screen of my M252DW stating "Non-HP supply installed", but that has not appeared again since. The colour was slightly more green for certain image types, but that has now been resolved. On a test sheet I made for solid primary CMYK and gradients from 100 to 0%, and the RGB colours from values 255 to 0, there was no issue at all. For graphics like graphs and solid colours, I don't think this would be even an issue. I am very happy with these, and would certainly buy them again.

The toner cartridge works well with my laser printer. Installation was easy, and it produces clear, sharp prints without smudging. Print quality is consistent, and the cartridge lasts a reasonable amount of time. Good value for the price.

In the past, I only used original HP cartridges. However, as HP prices keep on rising, I decided to try True Image. I have to say that on paper printing, it is super. Can't tell the difference. Will buy again if they keep their prices lower.

Les articles sont bien emballés et j'ai dans un premier temps remplacé uniquement la cartouche de jaune puis, comme ça fonctionnait bien, j'ai aussi remplacé le bleu et le magenta. Tout a bien été reconnu par l'imprimante. J'ai aussi testê la cartouche noire par prêcaution mais je la garde de côté car l'ancienne cartouche est encore bonne. Les cartouches sont bien lourdes... Du même poids que mes cartouches grande autonomie HP initiales donc je pense que l'autonomie sera bonne... À valider dans le temps ! Après quelques jours d'impression (une trentaine de pages A4), les couleurs sont bonnes et ça ne bave pas. Seul bémol: pas de package pour remballer individuellement les cartouches usagées l'avant de les mettre au recyclage. J'en suis donc très satisfait. Ma précédente expérience avec une autre marque avait mené à une catastrophe. Je recommande donc, surtout à ce prix 👍

Great price and it seems to work perfectly well. I had an issue with one toner cartridge, and the company replaced it right away.
