A nice addition to the bathroom.
I've been using this automatic soap dispenser for the past week and I really like it. It's so much better than using a manual pump dispenser or a bar of soap which can be messy. Hands off is the way to go especially during these times. The unit appears to be well-made and one feature that's a real plus is that there are three different amounts of liquid soap that can be dispensed. Another thing I like is that the reservoir is clear plastic and you can see the remaining soap level at a glance unlike other ones that don't allow you to; you're never in the dark about how much soap is left. The dispenser's sensors work well and the unit is just the right size and color, blending in with the walls of my bathroom. All in all, it's a worthwhile investment.

Prevent the spread
I hate when I go to a restaurant or someplace and you have to touch the soap dispenser. It's unsanitary and very dangerous especially with covid. I want to make sure that anyone that comes in my home doesn't have to worry about what germs or viruses they may pick up. We bought this to ensure that anyone who came in around the holidays would feel secure in washing their hands. This has a very reliable and we'll working motion detection system. It's very easy to use and is easy to fill up. It's made of thick aluminum looking material that is durable and sturdy. I'm happy to be doing my part to prevent the spread. It's not a bad price either. Great value

Works as intended
Had a bit of a snafu first time I ordered this. I ended up getting a used product that was covered in soap and dirt residue. I promptly requested a replacement and received a new one right away. It takes 4 AAA batteries to operate. Its super simple to fill and set up. There is a power button and a button to adjust the amount of soap that comes out on the top of the unit. The motion detector seems quite sensitive. You get anywhere near that thing and it turns on shooting soap out. It's nice it's so responsive, but at the same time i'm going to end up wasting a lot of soap if it keeps dispensing when you don't have your hand under it. Other than that it seems to be working great. Its nice that i won't have my kids dirty hands all over my soap dispenser anymore.

What a cool device!!
The media could not be loaded. What a cool device. I wish I had picked one up sooner. Due to the coronavirus going on I was looking for a way to touch less items in the house especially with a nanny and House Cleaner that wash his hands all the time. I love how this soap dispenser does not need to be touched in order to clean your hands. It works well with our motion activated kitchen sink the Fossett. The device allows you to crank up or down how much soap is dispensed and it works fantastic. I would definitely buy one of these again. It uses for AAA batteries and the On the bottom has a waterproof seal for the battery compartment.

Great for dispensing Ultra dishwashing liquid
This is a great dispenser especially for dispensing thicker types of liquid such as concentrated (Ultra) dishwashing liquid. Unlike foaming dispensers, you do not have to dilute the liquid for the pump to work properly. For example, I used the yellow Ultra Ajax on this dispenser without any issues or clogging.Although I previously had a dispenser that worked for dispensing thick liquids, it dispensed a bit too much and I ended up going through the whole bottle in just 2 weeks. This one I had it tuned to the lowest setting, and the amount was just around the contents you would have gotten with a single squirt of the bottle, not anything more, even if you were to held the sponge underneath the sensor. The battery compartment was on the bottom of the unit, although it was elevated by the feet on the bottom so water wouldn't pool on the bottom (this was an issue with one of the other pumps that looked similar to this).

Limited Functioning Soap Dispenser
We are purchasing several different types of touchless, waterproof soap dispensers to place throughout our home from all of the sinks to the entrance way for easy, hygienic access to hand sanitizer and soap. We are simply trying to find a good balance between a reasonable price and effective product.Pros for this product are:This soap dispenser holds a reasonable amount of soap in a visible container to see when a refill is needed. The product's buttons are easy to access, and the red and blue LED indicator lights which indicate if the unit is on or off is helpful. The instructions are easy to follow. And, overall, the unit is well built.Cons for this product are:The soap dispenser has 3 levels of dispensing. At level 1, the unit only dispenses soap during the third consecutive attempt of placing hands under the top of the unit. The unit almost sounds as if it is priming itself up during the first and second attempts with no soap coming out. At level 2, the unit starts dispensing soap about half way through its dispensing process. We have not tried level 3 because enough soap is dispensed during the level 2 operation to effectively wash hands. The dispenser also dribbles soap at the end of the cycle, and you have to be careful to keep soap from continuing to dispense onto the countertop. Some of this trouble may be due to where the two infrared sensors are located on the unit. One is on top of the unit and the second is approximately half way down the unit body. It's almost as if the sensors are still "sensing incoming hand motion" instead of turning off when you are moving your hands away from the unit.Additionally, the unit is not completely a touchless soap dispenser because fingers still do sometime touch the body of the unit when moving into receive soap. The top is not deep enough for adult fingers. The cap on top of the unit which is used to refill the dispenser is difficult to get off because it is too tightly cinched into the unit itself. The battery compartment at the bottom of the unit does have reinforcement to prevent liquid from entering; however, it is a thin single layer, and we are concerned about the true capability and longevity of the seal.We have had great success with a different type of dispenser which has its two infrared sensors at the top and the bottom of the unit. It also has a screw-in plug at the top to refill the dispenser with soap, and the dispenser does not dribble soap.To conclude, we will not be a repeat purchaser of this product and will continue to try other soap dispensers similar to the above described type. Hope this information helps you.

Making lives easier
I was having problems with my niece and nephew making a huge mess while trying to wash their hands. Logged onto to Amazon and searched for something that would make the kids' lives easier and mine! Came across this touchless soap dispenser by Andplay, read the reviews and decided to give it a go!After setting it up and doing a few trial runs, it works absolutely perfectly and as designed. Setting it up was easy and straightforward as it already came with batteries in the dispenser. There is a power on and off button ontop incase you ever want to turn it off to save battery life as there is a light that turns on whenever you put your hand near the dispenser. For the price this is an absolute bargain and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. The best thing is you can use any type of liquid soap and you are good to go.The type of material that was used to build the dispenser also is a plus because when I put it on my vanity it just stayed there, I didn't need to use anything else to help the dispenser from falling or anything of that nature.Great purchase!

Works as it should and looks good.
The dispenser was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. It seems to express a little more soap than I need on the lowest setting but otherwise no issues, no finicky sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Have not used the dispenser long enough to comment on durability or battery life but so far I highly recommend it.

Good product
This is a good product. Was easy to put togetherBatteries are awesome as they come withI have it a 4star rating as the soap dispenser is expensive for the quality. I was expecting a stainless steel holder with a plastic or glass soap holder for the price.

The best dish soap dispenser I've used (I've used 4 and all are broken).
Update on Nov. 8, 2022: I'm changing my rating from 5 stars to 1 because this stopped working before the 1 year warranty ended. I've reached out to the seller a few times but have not heard back which is very frustrating. I recommend buying something else that will last longer than 1 year.******Original review:I've used 4 dish soap dispensers - different brands and all are in the landfill now unfortunately. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that this is the best dish soap dispenser I've used, so far.I like that it has a bigger capacity and you can see the reservoir so you know when to refill. The time from when your hand leaves the sensing area to the time it stops dispensing is pretty quick which means minimal to zero soap waste. I've wasted a lot of soap on the other ones but not on this one.I read some reviews who have issues with soap not dispensing properly. I use Dawn dish soap and I have no issues.I highly recommend this dispenser.

Good product!
I have bought 2 silver which are working well. I bought 2 more for my mom. I purchased the silver and both times, I was sent the white and 1 was damaged. It would be appreciated to be notified if the silver is not in stock. That's poor customer service.Edit: Company contacted me directly to resolve my issue to my satisfaction which I greatly appreciated. I have updated my rating.
