In addition to a small gas canister I also fit in a snow peak stove, folding ti spoon, can opener, swiss knife, backup mini-zippo lighter. The SeatoSummit x-mug does function as a sealing lid. I've preferred storing it separate in order to have more cookware at camp. I'll likely look for a smaller/narrower collapsible cup that can store inside the pot.
