I did a thorough cleaning of my windshield interior and exterior first. It was spotless. Then I applied this product to the interior of the windshield. And yes, happy to say that it does prevent fogging! I was impressed. The fogging usually appears on the windshield first, and then on the side windows. Today, I had a chance to test it out, and the fogging only appeared on the side windows. Success, because I only applied it to the windshield. Now here's where I take a star off. Yes, it works. Problem is, when there's sunlight coming into the windshield or a really bright light, the windshield will show a fog on it. It looks dirty. That's this product's residue on the windshield. You only notice it when there's sunlight coming in, from just about any angle. It's so annoying that I'm just going to scrub the window again, and get rid of it. The product works, but it ultimately fails to do what I want, which is to make my window crystal clear. It's ironic that a product that gets rid of fogging actually leaves a very noticeable fog on the window.
