Organics Prenatal Once Daily Multivitamin, 90ct

Loved this prenatal! I felt like I was getting enough nutrients and I didn't have to take more than one a day. They didn't cause my stomach to feel bad and they don't taste bad either. Wonderful brand, ingredients, and value.

I’ve been using these years before I had children - I liked the iron at the time. Had a honeymoon baby immediately 🤣 They don’t cause constipation or make me excessively hot - I tried switching to another organic brand after my first child but decided to switch back. I wish some of the ingredients were more naturally derived (the exact percentages point to derivations and possibly even high quality synthetics, I think but will research again). Still wish this company was not bought out but I do appreciate that folate is not replaced by folic acid. Keeps my hemoglobin and iron at healthy levels when I’m not pregnant also. Just a great vitamin to have around the house, in general. I also like being able to take the quantity I prefer at a time instead of scarfing down 1 big horse pill!My only criticism is that I took this on a half empty stomach 2 or 3 nights while pregnant with my second kid and it made me poop and barf. The directions do specify to eat with food!

UPDATE 4/21/25Nearly 36 weeks pregnant now (can’t wait to meet the little beastie) and without this- there is still a very drastic difference in my energy. Given- everything makes me tired and I don’t have a lot of energy, but without this I can’t get anything done and I really don’t feel good throughout the day. Sometimes I forget to take it and worry about taking another but as the day wears on it is clearly evident that I did not actually take it.Great price for a clean supplement that actually makes a difference. I will continue taking this through my BF journey when the little one arrives.Best of luck mamas! It minimizes any nausea I had in first trimester and I have been diligently having it every day.Yesterday was the first day I forgot to take it completely and there was a staggering difference in my energy and mood. I laid in bed most of the day, felt groggy and more moody. I remembered finally to take it around 6pm and by 8pm, I felt a boost of energy and calmer emotions wise:Can’t believe it would make such a huge difference but I will be sure not to miss another day!If you are thinking about this brand- just get it!!———————Original review:I’ve gone through so many different brands of prenatals and these have been the best. I’m 11weeks, 37yo, and if everything goes well this will be our first child 🤞🏼My nausea and vomiting have been the worst it’s ever been, so when looking for a prenatal, I wanted to make sure it didn’t give any weird burps or reflux. (I’ve had issues with this in the past) these actually don’t taste so awful, the size is large but smooth and easy to swallow (taking the one a day size). Sometimes large pills do this thing where you try and chug it down with water and then it kinda feels stuck in your throat- this does not happen with these.Pros:- No reflux or gross burps- Goes and stays down well- clean vitamin I feel good about- love that there’s selenium- does give me a tiny boost of energy, I’ve been so tired this time around- Excellent valueCons:- None that I can think ofNausea tips I’ve been utilizing:- Less drowsy Dramamine every night and sometimes around noon has helped me so much, I still get a bit nauseous and usually vomit 1-2x a day no matter what anyways but it’s horrific if I forget- Gelatin can help coat your stomach and help it feel a little less acidic- We have an alkaline water filter and I feel this helps to keep my acid lower- I eat a small dinner as early as I can manage so I I have food digesting already before sleepingBest of luck to all of you who are expecting or trying to conceive. Forever grateful for these prenatals! My daughter is intolerant to dairy, soy and egg which made my other prenatal upset her stomach and cause gastrointestinal issues. This prenatal was the final change I made that allowed me to keep breastfeeding. Taste and odor is a little funky but I attribute that to it being an organic so it doesn't have soy in the coating. Easy to open the bottle. Pills are a bit big but I feel like most prenatals where you only take one pill a day are.

This is a great vitamin if you are breastfeeding as well! I did not take this while pregnant because I didn't know about it and I had already bought prenatals previously and didn't want to waste them (nature made). Once I started taking these vitamins, I have way more energy to go about my day, I don't feel fatigued as I used to when I was using my other prenatals. Another plus is my hair is staying in tact! I have very minimal to almost no hair loss and it's easy on my stomach. These vitamins don't make me constipated and the taste doesn't come back up. Personally I think these are great.** Note that I did compare ALOT of postnatal and prenatal vitamins and many of the ingredients don't come close to providing what you actually need to supplement your body especially when it comes to breastfeeding. These vitamins were the next best thing in terms of what I researched.Hope this helps!

Overall this is a very good vitamin! It doesn’t give me an upset stomach like other vitamins, which is fantastic. The size is pretty big and might be hard to swallow for some people but I had no problems as long as I had a full glass of water. My only downside would be the price :(I’m basically paying $1 a tablet! That’s wild to me. I especially love the organic ingredients but it truly saddens me to see such a high price for good quality vitamins. I think they should be more affordable (that’s just my opinion!).

I have tried literally 6+ prenatal vitamins and all of them have made me itchy. This is the first one I have had that has no negative affect on me! I really like it and feel good about the ingredients compared to others. Its a little spendy but worth it for me.

Last updated February 4 2026Comes in a cute glass bottle.Love these I have tried various other store brands with not much result after 6 months but I am only on week two and I already feel major good changes and I am only taking half a pill every other day to start don't want to shock my system.I was to the point of passing out if I didn't take naps because of feeling fatigue all day and had major brain fog, I lost my appetite, and had heavy menstrual cramps that kept me in bed among other problems which have now disappeared or are barely noticable.I am not currently pregnant and haven't been pregnant in the past due my body not being able to support me well let alone another, there just isn't enough non-synthetic vitamins in our regular food.The pill size is large I have a picture above with it next to a quarter but thankfully it doesn't taste bad there is the heavy after taste of iron/salt? but that might be because of sensitivity to Iron and I can't swallow it whole so I have to chew half a pill and wash it down with water, then eat a granola bar or something slightly sticky to get it out of my teeth, a fizzy drink might also work well.2026: I have Iron related issues for that reason I have started swapping between taking the Women's Multi gummy version (doesn't have Iron or Iodine) all but one or two days a week and a half a Prenatal once daily vitamin the 1-2 days I don't take the gummies and am doing good even helped balanced out my hormones on my blood test.I feel like this version helps more but my body can't process the iron fast enough to take it daily.With the gummy version you have to take more so expect them to run out faster as well as the gummy version has more taste to it not bad but I definitely can taste more of it and it has a lower vitamin dosage.

Big size of tablet , my wife did not ate it.

I feel good with them, love the brand and how they work with ingredients but feeling nauseous it’s super hard to swallow these huge pills

It made me feel very unwell and exhausted with dark circles under my eyes each time I have tried taking these vitamins.

Tastes as any natural raw product. Regular size pills.Used it for 3 days and it made my stomach upset every time. But I have a pretty sensitive stomach so might be good for someone else.
