So are used to always take the cheap vitamins that you could chew with all last for pregnancies. But I’ve stopped using things that are synthetic since your body doesn’t naturally absorb them and it can make you sick so I’m very happy with this because they are organic minus having my regular morning sickness in the first trimester used to not add to that, I can tell that my body is absorbing them naturally it’s not causing any funny hair growth on me. They are a little big but that’s not a big issue. They smell gross, but you only have to deal with the smell for a slight second.
