This no-tangle flag pole is amazing. I've had it for two years now, and am only writing a review now because during a windstorm one of my bolts got blown out of the grommet, and they are sending me new grommets at no cost! I fly flags on this pole 24/7, and the only time they get hung up is if the wind is blowing and randomly stops to make the flag fall back onto the pole. But once the breeze starts up again, it automatically fixes itself. I have had 0 issues with this product, and even the issue I did have was my fault for leaving it up in 50 MPH gusts of wind! When I emailed them asking if I could buy a new grommet or bolt, they simply offered to send me another set at no cost. Great product, great customer service.

Viet Nam vet 1965-1969 proudly flying a 3X5 flag out front of house. Didn't have a very good flag pole and the person putting it up didn't secure it properly and the wind blew it off the house. Fixed that and then my OTHER/OLD flag pole broke. This brings me to the Flag Pole - 6 Foot Silver Brushed Aluminum No Tangle Spinning Flagpole with Silver Globe Built Tough and Beautiful to Fly Grommeted or Sleeve Flags Proudly in Residential House or Commercial Settings. Out of the box with the new flag new pole was spinning like crazy! Great product buy this pole if you want to proudly fly our flag!

Great/genius design so the flag don't get tangled up and it doesn't get tangled up - this flag pole is designed to work well in high wind situations such as where I live - couldn't be any happier with the design! BUT BUT BUT - here's the rub - the attachment for the flag is made of a cheap plastic with a cheap plastic screw to hold the flag in place against the pole - this is a joke as it will break in just a few days once it gets hot it will become brittle and break. I will have to make a modification to secure the flag - now wouldn't you think that a company that engineered such a good design would take a chance that their great product gets tainted with a bad piece of hardware that cost so little to make - for god sake add a dollar to the flag pole and provide an attachment for the flag that will hold up and not a piece of junk plastic that will last a couple months at best. So if you want a great flag pole and you are like me a do it yourself person and willing to take 20 minutes out of your busy day for a trip to the hardware store to find a replacement piece to attach you flag to the pole when it comes apart, then by all means buy it - I love mine and I've owned many in my life time and none this good. After receiving a message from the seller acknowledging my concerns and reassuring me that the company stands behind the plastic grommets and believes they will last even in my environment - they offer replacement parts at no cost as long as I own the flag pole so that I don't have to worry if a plastic part fails I will just call them for a replacement - that is good customer service. I just updated the flag pole from 4 to 5 star - great unit at the price.

Bought for my American flag. Amazing product and I have the best display in the neighborhood for sure and probably the county, maybe even the country. My neighbors thank me regularly as they are the fortunate family to view this product and my stunning American flag all day and night. I put some LED lights under the flag. I did an incredible job installing the lights all around my landscaping and this product actually makes everything look even better. Never tangles. I had it up during Hurricane Matthew and it never wrapped around itself once. This is a great product and I did an awesome job installing it. If you guys want to see how wonderful this product is and the incredible job i did transforming my front yard into the envy of the neighborhood and probably the country, let me know. I have pics.

Please will you send me the larger screws!!! Per the email below. I went into my garage and was lucky to find 2 thin metal washers that fit the screws perfectly and allowed the screws to hold the flag in place. Clearly, the manufacturer should include such washers. Apparently I am not the first person who has encountered this problem. After mounting my flag, I discovered the e-mail copied below. I did not request a larger set of mounting rings as the washers have solved the problem perfectly. However, if you don't happen to have washers of the correct size on hand, you'll need to wait for the company to send the mounting rings. The idea of using the clip and the included twist tie seems like a really half-baked solution. "Amazon informed us that your new No Tangle Flag Pole would be delivered today! "So I wanted to send you a quick note with some tips as you prepare to set it up. Note that there should be a card inside the flag pole box with simple visual instructions for attaching a grommeted flag. Please let me know if you don't see that and I'll send it via email. "However, if you have a sleeve / banner style flag, slide the flag sleeve onto the upper pole and then hook the clip near the top of the pole to the tab inside the flag sleeve. Then attach the lower pole and you're done! (no need to use the included rings) "Separately, some overseas flag manufacturers create flags with oversized grommets. If you find the grommets on the flag you have are larger than the screw head on the included rings, an alternative method for attaching the flag to the flag pole is using the top metal clip on the pole for the upper grommet and a loose zip tie (or similar) to secure the lower grommet to the pole. The spinning mechanism will also work with this method and will give you a backup ring. I bought this spinning flag pole, based off the many great reviews and, I'm certaintly not disappointed. This tangle free, spinning pole replaced a non-spinning pole, where the flag was constantly getting tangled, which turned out to be a PITA to say the least. I've had this new spinning flag pole for 3 days, and, for the most part, it has kept the flag from becoming tangled, just as the company advertises. The pole is nice looking and, very sturdy. Since the grommets on my 3x5 American flag are a bit larger, I contacted the company on 8/21 via email, to request the larger flag pole rings and, recieved a response from Paula, the Director Of Customer Service in less than 24 hours, letting me know, that the company would send me the larger flag pole rings. That is awesome customer service. Thank you Paula. In conclusion, this is hands down, one of the best, if not the best flag poles you can get, to keep your flag from becoming tangled. Buy with confidence.

Beautiful flag - light weight with vibrant colors and is well made. The pole is sturdy and does not bow. The pole and grommets assembled very easily. In the breeze/wind the flag truly does NOT get wrapped around the pole. Because the flag is not lighted, I take it down at sunset and put it out again on "flag" days. I just roll up the flag on the pole and stand it behind the back door. It stays rolled up and out of the way, but because I see it, I am reminded to put it out on flag days. Love This Flag!

These flag pole flag spinners actually work 24/7 on even the windiest days!! I had almost given up hope. Our flag hasn't tangled since I put these on the pole, even after a thunderstorm that included heavy rain, marble sized hail and winds up to 30mph. Best flag swivels ever!
