I started Hum Nutrition supplements with Flatter Me Pre & Probiotic and it worked amazing! I was excited to try more products! However, I was skeptical about Daily Cleanse, even when I took the quiz on Hum’s site and it suggested this. I just wasn’t sure how it would help me since Flatter Me was working great and I don’t suffer from breakouts. But I tried it anyways and boy was I wrong! It aids Flatter Me by getting the gunk out of your system and I have noticed positive changes in my skin like it feels firmer and looks clearer. I’m a regular pill taker so the size doesn’t bother me, it’s super easy to swallow with it being a capsule, no weird smell or after taste, and it comes from Hum so you know and can tell it’s high quality. Some might complain about the price, especially if you buy multiple Hum products, but to me buying from Hum Nutrition is worth it. Going in I was skeptical. It’s definitely not for everyone. Diet plays a ginormous role. If you’re a junk food occasionally or always, this cleanse is useless on you. Why? Because this is a softer cleanse. It is not a deep pull it out of your gut from top to bottom throw it all out the back door. No ma’am. I’m 64, mostly plant base diet. It cleanses well. A few things it has done for me. That’s noticeable. My dark spots are fading and my bowel movements are odorless. Yep, you read that right! To be honest most plant base diet creates an odor free #2. I have noticed my hair feels a little oily. The biggest change, energy! This product took away my mid morning naps. Not sure if I’m liking that yet. The lethargic feeling went from 10 to 0. All this in 1 week. And yet, I’ve been dealing with my lethargic for 6 years. 1 week on this stuff, 2 caps a week that’s 14 cap so far. Game changer for some, others it could be a beginner cleanse.

I struggled with oily skin. Not too bad but bad enough I would get cystic acne is just random spots. I decided to try this product. First I want to add that this is a cleanse. A detox. Your bowel movements are going to change and you're going to have symptoms that surround that. You're going to have stomach cramps, dehydration and changes in your bowels. I started to notice a change in my skin on the 3rd day. My skin instantly got soft and that radiant glow!! I love it. Now I would suggest taking this pill at night. I started out taking in the morning but it made my stomach really upset and I was having stomach problems. I read the bottle carefully one more time and the nutritionists said not to eat with. So I wondered if my breakfast was interfering with it. I just took one last night and I feel a lot better than I was. I recommend taking them at night if this happens to you. Also, I only take one. I feel my body is sensitive to everything I put in it. So now I only take one a night after brushing my teeth. My skin is just WOW. I've only had 1 pimple show up since starting this a week ago. Definitely recommend it. Just becareful with it and learn your body. Everyone is different!

Currently on my 2nd bottle so I've been taking this supplement for 6 weeks now and have def noticed an improvement with my hormonal acne. Didn't experience a purge — nothing out of the ordinary, just cleared up slowly and calmly. BUT the pills are huge and it's the only reason I'm knocking off a star.. I've been pushing through it bc the results have been great, but once I finish this bottle, I'm discontinuing. If my acne flares up again, I'll reluctantly order another. Hum, PLS make a smaller pill version!

I'll start by saying I started suffering from hormonal acne in my late 20s, after having my son. It got so bad due to hormonal factors, stress, lifestyle, etc. Im working with a dermatologist but needed more help so I found these. I tried them for a month and had noticeably clearer skin.I then decided to try a cheaper version of a similar product. My acne returned so I ordered HUM again after a month. It's been about two weeks now and I have noticably happier skin. Less inflammation, bumps and redness. I plan on continuing with this product and will report back after a few months!Editing to add results: my skin is clear! It feels so good to have my confidence back. Anyone struggling from acne knows it can be real bummer, so I'm beyond happy with my results. I also feel like I have more energy from this product.

I’m sure the positive reviews are genuine, but I had a really bad experience with these. Took them for about a week, and my acne got worse. Really bad breakout around my mouth, and in other areas of my face I usually don’t have an issue with. I also realized that the lethargic, tired feeling I’d been having was due to taking these. They also taste terrible. I threw the rest in the trash as they’re apparently not returnable. Once I stopped taking them, my acne cleared up and my energy came back. Others may have a better experience than me, but I can’t recommend them at all. Wasted my money.

Unfortunately these do not agree with my digestive system. Within hours I am projectile vomiting and the other end too! Leaves me with blurred vision and sweating profusely! Sadly a total waste of money for me! I can only put it down to an allergic reaction. Once was bad but 3 times!!! No no no! I cannot put my body through it again. My ribs are in agony from the constant vomiting! Horrendous! To those which it works fantastic but for me - I’ve been left in pain. Not nice!
