Recommended application for the best look: If you have a primer, use that first. Wait a minute. Then apply a small amount of concealer around your lips. Blot. Then apply the liner around the lips, and then fill in lightly with the liner. Press your lips lightly. Blot loosely with powder if you want. Then apply lipstick or gloss. Or even a lip balm. The look will be locked for hours!
