Easy fix and perfect fit
This worked great with our Kohler TS10277-4-CP Forte Sculpted Valve Trim. We replaced the valve and balancer with updated parts, and they stuck out about 3/4" further than the maximum for the valve trim. Much easier than having a plumber move everything to work.

Worker to extend a Kohler Purist shower valve that was installed too far forward.
I need an extension ring due to my shower valve being installed about 1/2 - 3/4" more than it should have been. I took a chance on this based on its dimensions and it worked perfectly for my situation with a Kohler Purist shower valve trim kit.

The only Solution I could find
The shower valve was installed too far out and the tile was installed before we realized it. Even though I have a Kohler faucet, this is the only solution I could find anywhere. I used silicone to attach to the faucet. The price is too expensive, but cheaper than ripping out the wall! I’m happy with the way it came out.
