Adjustable Jump Rope

Great for experienced jumpers
Good quality. My husband is using it often. Beware, not for beginners. It will hurt badly when it hits you.

Adjustable is nice, but if you're short like me good luck
My partner and I got these jump ropes and they were extremely well! We love them but the only issue is I'm 5'1" and even though these are adjustable, you can only adjust them so much before you cant close the top on the handle anymore. Even my partner who is 5'7" needed just a little extra adjustment to match his height perfectly. First we tried just bending the excess rope back inside the handle so the top would twist closed. But doing this makes it so that the bearing can't spin and your rope ends up twisted and tripping you in the long run. So what we had to do was use wire cutters to cut thru the cable to our perfect lengths and then it worked fine. I'm sorry I wish I had pictures to show what all of this means but I don't. Otherwise this jump rope is good value for the money and will probably last us a couple years or more! But hopefully you have wire cutters or something similar to cut thru the cable because scissors definitely dont work and you'll end up damaging your scissors haha.

Lightweight, flimsy & frustrating
Unfortunately , these jump ropes did not meet my expectations. They felt very cheap and lightweight, making them difficult to use effectively. The ropes were also quite long and flimsy, which made it hard to maintain a consistent rhythm while jumping. I was hoping for something sturdier and better suited for regular workouts, but these just didn’t have the quality or feel I was looking for.
