I have this after loosing (and then finding after this arrived) the generic one with the straight lines for the grip. IMO this is much nicer the circle style grip does a far nicer job of keeping the blade steady.Not keen on amazon's age verification though. My home has a name not number and it's longer than 10 letters so sadly I had to buy the version that comes without blades which isn't great value. So IMO get that as it's the same handle.

Cheap, sturdy and reliable. Easy to install blades and feels quality in the hand.

The classic modelling scalpel handles beloved by modellers and craft people for years. Still made in Sheffield too! Excellent.

Brilliant for crafts. Can't beat this brand. Did also buy the safety box to go with it, which is extra. Not very expensive and saves you hurting yourself. Quality piece of kit.

I first used these scalpels and blades 50 years ago. The quality is just as good as they were then, probably even better.Don’t be fobbed off by cheaper copies. These are consistently well made, so that the blades always fit well, and are yet easy to remove, and to replace. The design means they are really sharp for accurate cuts. They are easy to use, with good grip. Easy to keep clean. I would recommend them every time.

The product is good but of no use to me because I was unable to get my age verified to buy the blades

It’s a Swan Morton, there’s never fault… I needed another one not because there was an issue more because I was sick of changing blades and cutting myself while doing so so I bought another handle, it is handle only so if your expecting blades then you’ll be disappointed but clearly the price should show it’s handle only

Es lo que se anuncia tal cual. Llevo usando bisturíes ya unos cuantos años. Y desde hace ya mucho no utilizo ninguno que no sea un Swann Morton. Calidad y comodidad. Son perfectos.
