Review: Salted Carmel is actually 230 cals - Have not tried this flavor yet as they were just delivered today but delivery was faster then expected, it's the middle of summer here in oregon and in the middle of 90+° weather so I was extremely concerned to say the least but was put at ease when I opened the package and seen the cold packs have been seeing videos on YouTube and tic tok about these bars and how good they were don't know if it's from the heat but they seem really really soft like there about to start melting but the oreo flavor is spot on the white oreo not as good but im a huge fan one thing to keep in mind tho the macros advised are not correct the salted Carmel is 230 cals with 20g protine not way off but just something worth mentioning, that being said will continue to buy from this company

The company has done an excellent job packaging the boxes of protein bars! I ordered 3 boxes, came in perfect condition. My favorite is the salted caramel flavor. Tastes just like a candy bar. Best protein bars!! It keeps me going while I workout. Does not affect my blood sugar.
