My husband has been helping me with it. The first day very hard to get on. Second day a little easier. Third day he was able to put in the second notch. Only 3 days and I can tell a difference. I wore it for 3 hours the first day 4 hours the second day and the third day 6 hours. I also wear it while I work out on the treadmill. There is one thing I have noticed that was unexpected, I work from home so I sit in my office chair for a great length of time. My lower back always gives me issues. Since I started wearing this my back does not hurt anymore.
