Poor Customer Service; Price dropped after I ordered
I purchased this item on August 15, 2023 from the Berg Store site. While checking tracking I noticed the priced dropped $50. I called the home store in in Exton, PA about a price refund. They said no. They could not price match their own product from their own store on Amazon. Product in transit and I've yet to receive it so I THINK THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Item will be returned.
