Rawz Meal Free Dry Dog Food (10 lb, Chicken,Salmon & Whitefish)

We buy Rawz for our cat because it's has some of the best ingredients we've found. So when I saw they had a kibble for dogs I wanted to give it a try. All of the kibble is really good looking quality with hardly any food dust (from breakage) at the bottom of the bag. We have been feeding our dog Orijen original which he hasn't been loving lately. When I gave him some of the RAWZ he LOVED it. I usually have to doctor up his kibble with some wet food, or fish oil, or cheese but he ate this straight and plain with gusto. The ingredients and quality also look a lot better. I gave it a test by putting half his old kibble on one side of his bowl and the new Rawz kibble on the other half. He immediately ate the Rawz kibble first. :)

I just got a medium sized dog of American Pitbull Terrier breed. She's a couple months old. I got her from someone who had her on a poor quality diet and she was given a ton of peanut butter. Rawz helped get her diet back on track. It compliments a homemade diet extremely well. There's tons of organ meats, no meals and most importantly quality protein. Sadly Rawz doesn't add probiotics but you can always add them in separately. Since being on Rawz from Pedigree brand, she's looking good now. When I got her she was a bit thin looking, bowels poor quality and mustard colored. Now normal deep brown and log shaped. Overall if you need to rehab a dog from a poor diet Rawz will help get them on track. The only con is Rawz doesn't have tasty smell or seasonings on it this my dog decided it wasn't for her. With it being mixed into a homemade diet she ate the kibble no problem. Overall I'm a happy camper buying Rawz which I already trusted for my cat. Quality food, healthy pets, it's a win all around.

I did some research on all different dog food, and decided to give this one a try. So far, my dog love this one, will start getting big size bags

My dog loved it at first bite & it was not necessary to add to old food source. No GI upset.

After researching as many types of dry dog foods without cheap fillers this is my choice and been buying for more than 10 years. My dogs still love it and worth every penny since the profits are donated.

Hit or miss on the quality. We’ve had two separate instances where the food was clearly off and caused our dog diarrhea. When we compared a bag purchased online to one from a local store, the difference was obvious. The shipped bag looked old, colorless, and dry, with powdery residue (“food dust”) throughout. The store-bought bag was rich in color, fresh, and had almost no residue. There’s clearly a quality control issue with the seller, and we won’t be ordering from here again.

They shipped me cat food which comes in a bright pink bag vs. Dog food which is in the orange bag pictured. Not the same thing folks. Otherwise, the food itself, which I buy locally, is decent food but very expensive. I was looking for food alternatives that where affordable for 4 small dogs. I was tired of losing my dogs too early to tumors and cancer and was hoping a quality food would do the trick. I really wanted to go with fresh, freezdried, or even raw but that is cost prohibitive for 4 dogs, even small ones. Would've been between $300-$600 a month for all of them vs. About $160 a month with this. This food is supposed to be the closest to raw in kibble form. The manufacturer has a personal stake in the quality of the food because the owner has two children who are visually impaired with seeing eye dogs. Profits are said to be donated for seeing eye dogs. I'm hoping the personal interest makes them true to their word. I've been using it over a year and so far, all 4 dogs are healthy with quality coats. Time will tell.
