Very easy to set up and start. The cuff with two big variances on the Velcro made it flexible enough for any arm size, even if it did need to be folded back for a slim fitting. I found the memory function intuitive and practical, and particular liked the 3 reading average which is bound to even out the "lifestyle" reading variances. Note: I didn't spot the batteries straight away, but they are in there, tucked into the cuff.
