I use these sponges to wash my face - they exfoliate yet they are super soft - which means they are perfect for my sensitive skin. I can really tell a difference in my skin when I use them. My skin gets a gentle, yet thorough scrub without using harsh abrasives. Even though it's winter now, I still notice a little more of a glowing complexion.
