Ladies rain or shine umbrella

This sun parasol is excellent! Not only is it really pretty with gorgeous little flowers on it, it also provides UV protection which you won't find in a normal umbrella. Now I don't dread going out in a heatwave because I have this lovely parasol to protect me from the sun. I love it and highly recommend it.

This umbrella/parasol is a great quality and size. It collapses down into a manageable size and stands against the wind well. The only problem I have had with it is that it can require a lot of force to collapse down so you may need to use a wall or the floor on some days.

I mostly needed an umbrella for the rain but I thought it a good idea to buy one which could be used as a parasol. I have just come back from a very hot holiday and this umbrella was my saviour. It really kept the UV rays off me and was my very own piece of shade everywhere I went. Haven’t used it in the rain yet but I have every faith in it. It’s a really nice quality, not particularly lightweight and you do need a bit of ‘force’ to collapse it back down but I think this all demonstrates its sturdiness. I’m sure if I can manage that as a weak seventy something then anyone can! It does have a curious fishy smell on arrival but that has faded now. You can buy umbrellas for a couple of quid but I’d recommend this one for a few quid more.

Just loved it Delicately usefull

Umbrella is nice a little heavy but it's almost like it's double layered so understandable. It does smell a bit but i think once it's been used s few times the smell will go. Most likely the smell is from the coating on the out side. I gave 1 star as the umbrella does not stay open. I tried opening and shutting several times. Sometimes it opens and stay locked in position other times it starts to flop like it's closing. Will be returning. An update on the item. Seller was really quick to contact me and offered a refund. As i liked the umbrella i asked for a replacement. The replacement is fine. Did not have the same problem as the first. Overall the umbrella is good quality.

As other reviewers mentioned it is a little on the heavy side but don’t let that put you off. It really works. On a very hot holiday I was walking around in my own little zone of shade, definitely a few degrees lower temperature and very sun-safe. Teenage kids thought it was amusing at first but soon wanted to share it with me. Pop up mechanism great though a bit stiff to pop it down but not really a problem. Had a fain plasticky smell on first opening but that disappeared once out in the air.. I recommend this product if like me you are keen to be out of the sun.

Used it today, it was hot day with some slight wind, the umbrella held well to my surprise! Great colour shades for the summer and it helped stop the sun from burning me as I have sensitive skin and I also tan very easy which is annoying for me, the umbrella protected me from the sun and I felt comfortable finally…

This is a brilliant sunbrella! I have another, which is pretty and lacy and works well but it's a pain in the backside to close up. This one has a button that both pops it open and pops it closed. All you have to do is wrap the strap around it and snap closed. Okay, I'd prefer Velcro, as I'm always afraid the snap will break but I hope this will last a good long while. I live in Arizona where it is ridiculously hot and sunny the entire year. I also have a severe case of sun photosensitivity, so this is not the place to live without protecting your skin. I'm packing for a trip to the tropics next week and wanted to take along a sunbrella so thought I'd give this one a try. I've already been outside to give it a go. Popped up and fully outright in a split second. Covers me well. I stood outside by the pool with my back to the sun and, though the backs of my legs quickly heated up, my arms were cool and comfortable. I took the umbrella away and immediately felt the difference. The black interior makes such a difference in protecting one's skin. The flower pattern is so cheery. Can't wait to walk the beaches, let the surf tickle my toes, surround myself with sunshine and not be touched by the wicked rays!

Il solo difetto è che si chiude con fatica, almeno per le ...vecchie signore come me, ma è veramente protettivo dal sole ed anche elegante!

Very Good Quality

Pour un parapluie pliable, je trouve sa poignée agréable à tenir, je le souligne parce que j'ai d'autres parapluies de ce genre et ils sont moins confortables dans la prise en main (poignée plus petite), et quand on marche une heure avec, ça fait une différence ! Le parapluie s'ouvre instantanément en pressant un bouton sur la poignée. En plus de ça l'illustration de baleines est très belle, et la qualité semble au rendez-vous, le parapluie donne une impression de qualité, je suis contente !
