You could wear these around the house. They conceal your privates. These would be excellent for biking and exercising. These remind me of a mens liner. These have very little support. I ordered these for those shorter skirts and while the fit is pretty much the same and the smoothing effect is the same the legs slide up on these. They don't roll anywhere, just I am pulling the legs down frequently. They don't suck anything in and are not tight, they just smooth things out.
