I got this mat and hated it when I used it. It was uncomfortable and I was going to send it back. However, I've converted it to a chair mat with lumbar support and actually like it now. I don't use it to sleep, but as a computer programmer I'm sitting at the computer for 8+ hours every day. I sit on this mat and use the pillow for my lower back and move the pillow up to my mid back when I'm sitting back in the chair and it actually feels good. Since I haven't been in any pain, I cannot say if it relieves pain, but I would definitely recommend it as a chair pad for office workers that are seated all day.

At first it was uncomfortable, and even a little painful. but i soon got used to that and now i use it daily to help relieve tension / pain in my back and my neck.after adapting and getting used to the pressure points, now i look forward to the relief it produces. i thoroughly enjoy mine.i also just place it flat on the floor and stand barefoot on it for a bit daily and now i love that procedure as well.

The mat and pillow help with muscle pain/tension...a bit, but then it tends to lead to itching. There's nothing quite as satisfying as wriggling around on the mat to scratch all the different parts of my back at once. It's winter. It's Covid. So small pleasures like a through back scratch can make life worth living!

I work on computer a lot, my neck and back hurt all the time. I spent money on massage and tons of machines but nothing works but since I tried to sleep with this product, my back feels ways better, no more pain. The spikes are pointy enough to give you the decent puncture but not too sharp to scratch your skin. The foam is soft and memorable for now which is very comfortable.It’s a little awkward at the beginning but the more you lay on this mat the more you want it. I would recommend this products to my friends and family.

Made with cheap foam and fabric, but the principle of the mat works great.

This product does not have the quality I had wanted. I would expect a little bit more Firmness on the pad in order for the ”needles” to fully work. Instead it's to squishy and doesn't really do what its supposed to do

This is an excellent acupuncture mat. I use it anytime I have pain and it helps. I just bought one for my mother and she loves it. It’s comfortable and thickness is perfect.

This is a great device that truly helps. Just by laying down 5 minutes on it you can tell how it improves blood flow. Better to lay with a thin shirt or on bare skin. It takes a few times to get used to it but it really helps like acupuncture.

I have facet osteoarthritis and this helps-short term, but helps. Takes a bit to get use to but good mat. I don’t use the neck part. Yet.
