Great quality and I’m seeing results
When I first opened the package, I couldn’t help but notice how sturdy and well designed this faja/corset/waist-trainer/whatever you decide to call it is. The material is thick with a bit of stretch to snatch up your waist. I got the breathable version in medium. Obviously that first try on, you’re going to need a bit of effort to get into it. I love what it does for my posture. When I first got into it, a week ago, my waist was 36 inches. I’ve been wearing this for almost 2 weeks for about 8 hours a day and I’m 4 inches down and at the smallest notch. This is in addition to drinking plenty of water, working out 3 days a week, and a couple of sauna detox sessions. I think I’m going to wear it on the tightest level for a couple more weeks before sizing down to a small. Love this thing! Got down to a small and am on the tightest level after about 20 days of wearing it 4-8 hours a day. It’s so exciting to see progress. Again I’m working out (walking and barre classes, going to sauna sessions) and have been trying to eat less fast food and junk. I’ll wear the small on the tightest level for another 3 weeks before sizing down. Another update! I fell off and took a month hiatus from wearing my small sized waist trainer. I don’t really have an excuse. I put it on today and surprisingly, it fit with a little extra room. Plus some of the wire was coming out of the bottom, so I ordered the extra small just to see if it would fit. I kid you not, my order came within 3 hours!!!! It took a bit of a struggle, but it fit. I usually have to break a smaller size in for about 2-3 hours a day for about 3 days before I get the hang of squeezing into it. With consistency, I hope to maintain the size XS. LOVE THIS BRAND! ANOTHER UPDATE! I’m finally on a size XS in the breathable model. I wore the size small OUT. The metal was popping out of the sides of the corset from regular wear, and I and was deciding whether I wanted to continue waist training with a size small or if I could go down a size. To my surprise I can fit in the first level of an XS! These waist trainers really work. Keep in mind, diet and exercise is still so important. I work out 3 times a week and try (although I am far from perfect) not to eat to much junk. I only wish I kept track with pictures.

First Day is Hard, Day 3 Feeling Fantastic
i LOVE this waist trainer. It's my first one. I was nervous on getting the right size, but I went with a XS (smalls were sold out) and it fits like a glove. I bought one because my posture is terrible at my desk job and this is totally doing the trick! I read that some people need to ease into waist trainer (try wearing them a couple hours each day and then up your hours as you get more used to it) but I went for it and wore it for a whole day when i first got it. First day was hard -- it was tight, I'm only using the first row of clasps, and was weird getting a feeling for it. But, I'm on day 3 and totally love it. I can't imagine though moving to the next row of clasps!!! -- but that's what i hope this waist trainer will help with, along with my workout regime and eating right! If i get to next level of clasps -- I'll be sure to update whether I make it happen and show some progress pics! It's really comfortable, gives my bust a boost, and makes me feel thin all day as well as keep my back straight at work! definitely recommend :) I'm a small/xs, I think my dimensions were 32 under bust, 25 waist, 36/35 hips??? I'll update this if I'm wrong. But i was right on the edge of the lower end of the small and upper end of the xs, so I went with the xs. I'm usually a 0/2 jean size. Mostly xs clothes for women sizing, small for like charlotte russe/forever 21 sizing - depending on how I want to garment to fit. Hopefully this helps any ladies trying to find the size!

went by reviews & chart, but no. def size up. long detailed review of different sizes below: 2X & 5X
So, I bought this in a 2x because I am a U.S womens 1x/2x. and i took 15 mins to attempt and got 1 top notch. just wont budge and I had wanted it tighter than my size(4X on chart). but just wouldn't go on. so I ordered the 5x. I just got the 5x in and laying flat under the 2x, eyeing it, its only one whole flap material with all the buttons and 1/4 more. but after attempting it, I got it on. Not very easily, you have to PULL. But def not as hard as the 2x. I held at back and swung left hand to belly and then swing right hand to belly and got at least one snapped then others snap easier till bottom since in curvy... SO, I re-did it as close to the upper waist under bra area as possible and then buttoned them all at upper waist and once buttoned, shoved hand in and pulled my lower belly up as I pulled down the corset at the same time with other hand to lower. Its comical, but I scrolled thru some advice so hope it helps. That said. It is actually pretty comfortable and hasn't rolled IN FRONT and the few bones in front dont hurt either. didn't get the steel. 2x was breathable with the dot holes, but 5x only came in black. Felt the same soft rubber like. however. The back crunches in ad back waist and hurts a bit in the back. Its not horrible after sitting here a white and can probably get used to it. I cant smooth it out because its tight guess, and my Waist under bra down to belly button is 10 inches smaller than lower hips (around pouch below belly button.) I did tighten the first 2 upper notches to middle and left the rest on the last loosest one. but Its tight ya'll. I can breathe fine just wish back wasn't caved at waist. Doesnt matter your weight cause clearly on here everyone's body is diff. GO BY MEASUREMENT... EVERYONE keeps saying to measure above the belly button. but it makes it cave in the back for sure at my lower waist. and again thats 2 measurement sizes(not letter sizes) bigger than chart & 6x would probably be better but not horrible in 5x. Thats why I'm debating on exchanging 5x for the 6x. I dont want the upper waist so much bigger. Hoping 5x will stretch with wear. I have a 41 waist and 51 hips. loosely measured and didn't pull tape. and chart says I'm a 4x. NO. again 5x did finally close but its tight. 2X was a joke and I think 6x may be even better. I did the tag at upper back like every shirt goes. I'm 5'3 1/2 and the height of it did go as stated- from top under bra to lower hip and is actually holding in my belly overhang just above pubic bone. if your belly is more than 10 inches than waist you make think its short and doesn't get all that belly. the 2x made me feel this way and I said there's no way its that long on these people reviewing, but in my 5x size it DOES indeed get it all in. I'm sitting to type this to return the 2x and it really hasn't been bad sitting at all. just hurts a bit at the back so will likely leave a mark there and can feel that I'll need to move soon.. it also isn't too tight at upper waist causing boob bulge or pushing to my neck, 2x sports bra or 38f. i assume because my upper is 10 inches smaller so the upper half is looser. plus i pushed it down more maybe 3 fingers below bra line. you will see some bones but mostly clasp area down front thru clothes IF fitted. may depend on material too. my regular loose-ish tee's and leggings you don't. maybe turn sideways if fitted clothes or have someone close backwards for u although with it caving in back it may pop off so don't suggest backwards unless you have a straight figure not hourglass or semi hourglass like me. Hope this loooong read helps. Will paste on my 5x order as well.

only 3 days in and I really think it's working!!!
was EXTREMELY happy when this arrived, quality was good as well as price. I have been wearing it since I got it (on my 3rd day now). my info: 5'3, 185, typically wear a size 12, I read some reviews and went with the size Large DAY OF DELIVERY - when it first arrived I thought I have made a GRAVE mistake, I couldn't even make the ends touch! I didn't think there was any chance of it going on! had to get a little help and SQUEEEEEZED into it while lying down, had it on for about an hour but then it was bedtime DAY 1 - I managed to put it on myself in the morning on the last row (3rd row), I found that putting it on standing up worked best, only took about 5 minutes, wore it for 7 hours at work, I sit at a desk and wasn't too bad but by the 7th hour, my ribs were starting to get sore so I gave up for the day DAY 2 - wasn't as difficult to put on in the morning, only a couple of minutes to get on. I wore it for about 10 hours, when I got home I decided to keep it on for a few more hours, but while I was changing I though maybe I can make it tighter.... and I managed to get it onto the 2nd ROW OF HOOKS!!! I'm not sure how much it stretches over time of wear, or if it was working but I was happy! DAY 3 - I've had it on for a few hours so far today, no time at all getting it on, starting to really get the hang of it.... wore it on the 3rd row of hooks, I thought that the 2nd row might be a bit ambitious for a full day of work but maybe by the time I get home I can buckle down a row for a few hours all in all, very happy, I suspect in a few more weeks I may need to go down a size!

Runs small
Got a size medium and I’m 5’7 and weigh roughly 165 pounds and it was way too small! I would size up! Otherwise great quality!

Sent me a used one
Let me preface this by saying I own 4 of these. Bought my first one in 2019. Never had a problem with it being tight because as a person that waist trains and I mean the real thing, I know and understand the reward. Only took it off to shower, dedicated. 2021 got lipo, once my fluff was removed I had the tiny waist I worked for, 29 inches to be exact. I said all that to prove that I once liked the quality of this product and the results it helped me achieve. Stopped wearing it, and used my custom fajas instead. Bought a new one couple days ago. Put it on tonight and went about my business, kept feeling a stabbing in my side, it became unbearable. Took it off and saw that 2 of the rods were exposed and poking me. My old ones had heavy wear and tear and the rods NEVER poked out. After a good look, I really think they sent me a used one. There is a slight perfume smell, and it’s not mine. DISGUSTING! I was a loyal customer, never again, I promise you. Would not recommend!

My first waist trainer -- I love it so far!
I decided to try and wear a waist trainer to encourage me to eat less and hold in belly fat. I ordered this because of the rave reviews for this brand. I received it right on time today and immediately tried it on--I LOVED it! According to the size chart for me (31 waist, I'm 5'0 and weigh 145 pounds) I would have needed an XL. I decided to order a Large because my measurements were right on the line, and that way I wouldn't have to buy another right away if I lost weight immediately. I'm very glad I did! It fits perfectly on the 3rd hook, and I can almost get it to the second hook actually. The only thing I'm not a fan of is how it pushes up my back fat, but I found a few tips on wearing a sports bra and a tank top to help hide that. The idea, of course, is that the back fat should diminish as weight loss progresses. It's also a little uncomfortable under my breasts; they're kind of droopy, and while the waist trainer does push them up, it also digs in slightly. But I'm finding ways to help that, too, like tucking the band of my sports bra underneath the waist trainer. I would recommend wearing a tank top underneath the trainer as well. It's quite comfortable, I have no trouble breathing with it on, and it really supports my back. I do transcription work, so I sit at a computer a lot. I was starting to have back and shoulder pain from my poor posture. This trainer helps me sit right up! I fully intend to wear it during the day while working, but I probably will not sleep with it. I think walking or jogging in it would be comfortable, too.

I adore this YIANNA waist trainer.
I bought this waist trainer a few weeks ago and I absolutely adore it. I can't go a day without wearing it because not only does it instantly flatten my tummy, but I can tell how it is beginning to somewhat tone my figure. To give you an idea of my frame I am 5'9, wear a 16 in bottoms, and usually wear a size XL in shirts but I can fit an L most of the time. I believe my waist size is a 38in or 40in but I'm not too sure because it's been a while since I've measured myself. The fact that I didn't really know my waist size did make the ordering process a bit confusing, and I ended up ordering a 2X. At first I was afraid that the 2X wouldn't fit and that I would have to return it, but when I tried it on the fit was perfectly tight (it is a waist trainer after all). It didn't take too long to fasten the first row of hooks and it looked great when I put it on. The first day I wore it to work, I had no issues whatsoever and had it on for 8 hours! The next week I still wore it for at least 8 hours each day and the only problem I had was the very bottom of the waist trainer starting to curl up on my side and lower back if I wore it longer than about 10 hrs. This does cause a little discomfort, but I think that's due to the fact that I have a longer torso and more lower back fat than some. All I have to do most of the time is pull it down at the sides so it can stay put. I'm now starting to keep the waist trainer on for as long as I can each day and I've reached 12hrs so far! So my advice is don't be afraid, try it!

I deliberately ordered one too small (L when I'm xl) and it surprisingly fit really snug!
I am new to waist trainers but I did some research. On corsets. Not waist trainers. So I got a size or two smaller, taking advice from corset forms. I had an event on that weekend and I knew this wouldn't get here on time so I ordered one that was around $50 to my actual measurements. It was uncomfortable, the bones folded and it folded up. Guides told me I got a size too small (despite getting one to my size) I was miserable and dreading when this one came in as I had ordered it too small deliberately. It came in today and I looked at rhe package sadly. I decided to give it a try and immediantly I was floored by the quality. It felt amazing and looked so sturdy. I decided to try it on. While it was a bit of a struggle- likely because it was new and needed to be stretched in, it fit so snug and so comfortable. The bones didn't fold or pull up. The material felt so comfortable and I was shocked when I tested sitting that it didn't fold from the bottom lile my other (larger) trainer did. I've only had it for less than 10 minutes but I dove to leave a review from how impressed I was. Honestly! I wouldn't reccomend deliberately ordering too small like I did. But even with ir slightly more snug, rhe bones didn't bend like on my larger one, the bottom didn't fold up and it felt snug, not suffocating. edit: its been two months and this product is STILL going strong and amazing! I can use the middle row of pegs, there is no warping, breakage, weak pegs/ wires and the wires STILL dont fold. Buying another one in a different color! I wear this DAILY for work and it helps so much with my back, no more pain and aches! cant reccomend this enough!

Really works and looks great
Creates a gorgeous waist - really defines curves and flattens the stomach. This is made with really good material and is my favourite piece of shapewear I own. The first day I could barely get it done up and within a few weeks I could do up the smallest setting with ease! My only complaint is that it's not the most comfortable to sit in after a while, but otherwise it's comfortable!

Muy buena
Excelente, sólo que pedí la chica y me abrochó hasta la última fila de broches, sugiero pedir una talla más chica tomando en cuenta las medidas de la cintura.

Comfortable, helps with posture, best purchase! 💯💯💯
I have been using this for almost 4 days now, 12 hours per day and im soooo in love with it. I feel snatched!👌💯👌. Its very comfortable compared to my previous yianna 25 steel bones waist trainer..i really love how it holds my belly and it also helps with my posture. Im an ER nurse and i can run around with this. Its so comfortable to use. If your new to this, you might have a hard time putting it on because its "soft" and the hooks bend but im sure ul be able to figure ur own technique on how to do it. 🙂

Go 2 sizes up
My wife has tiny waste. But after reading the reviews, I went a size up still. It was STILL too tight. Could not even get it on. Had to return. Go at least 2 sizes up.
