NORTIV 8 Outdoor Shoes Review: Great boot good price - Very comfortable, waterproof, did a 9 mile Alaskan hike and the held up great did not hurt feet at all Review: Love these-comfortable - I purchased a name brand but sent them back they were bulky and weren't comfortable. I gave these a try and they were magical the first time I put them on. I wore them all summer and they felt like I was walking on a cloud compared to other brands. I spent four months wearing them every day walking on tough terrain and sand. They held up well and retained their comfort. I am now using them in colder and winter weather. They are still comfortable and warm. They shed water (rain-snow) very well. It's been at least seven months and they look and feel great. I use black shoe polish which makes them look new again. The only con is that they probably don't breathe as well as they could, but I have no issues with that. Great investment

Love these-comfortable

Comfy Great grip Very durable
Nortiv 8 outdoor boots amaze me with their price, quality, and value. These are very comfy inside and fit me very well. They're very easy to put on and remove. My average shoe size is 9.5. As a fisherman, these are great for hiking trails, walking through the woods, standing on rocks, and walking on jetties. The only con is they're not completely waterproof, which I have found is a common thing with most of Nortiv 8's hiking boots that are claimed to be waterproof. Otherwise, I still love them.

Surprisingly good and generally waterproof.
I wanted some cheap boots to use during the winter/fall instead of wearing out my expensive Keen hiking boots for general duties. I wanted something light weight enough that I could wear them in the office all day but also comfortable because I do a fair amount of walking at work. These look good and so far have functioned well. Soft but supportive sole and waterproof, having tested them while power washing my car. That usually saturates my boots and shoes and these keep me dry. I have not tried to submerge them, however. I purchased an 11 and usually wear a 10.5-11. They are just a touch big, but wearable. I don't think you'll have to worry about these running small.

Not bad for the price
With seeing how a lot of the hiking shoes that were a lot more might not hold up I gave these a try. Fit well and have held up for about 9 months of taking care of farm animals, hiking, a kayak trip down some rapids, and everyday use. I have had more wear showing than I'd like but I am keeping in mind it's a lower price too. I might have to glue the sole in the next month or so, but still seem like they will hold up. The top lacing hooks broke on one shoe and some of the light decor on the outside of the show came off but hasn't really bothered me.

Comfort & Water Proof
So far so good. They are water proof and comfortable. I work in Healthcare and are on my feet most of my shift. The sole seems to be sturdy. I like the ankle support. No rubbing on my toes or top of foot. No squeaking. The toe guard is nice too it came in handy a few times already. The inner sole could be thicker with more cushion. It's been over 3 weeks since I purchased. I did a 10.5 wide. I could have did a 10w they did loosen up also. I would buy again.

Nice Boots
These boots would get a 5 star from me but the soles are thin so you can feel it when you're walking on larger rocks. The hill I hike on some of the trails are comparable to 3/4" minus or larger and you feel them through your soles. Other than they're probably one of the most comfortable pair of hiking boots I've had as compared to Keens and Columbia. Waterproof material on these shoes are fantastic. I'd order these or another style from this company and see if some of the others have thicker soles. They seem to be very durable since these are my go to boots on my farm and I put them through a lot of punishment and so far they're holding up very well.

Impermeable aunque no transpira
