Does this company test on animals?

Logicalharmony.net has more information. Re: animal testing... the final product can say it wasn't tested on animals but it doesn't mean the ingredients that make up the final product weren't tested on animals. I think any of us on a quest for younger-looking skin shouldn't do it at the expense of animals on laboratories. Alba, Avalon Organics, Jason, etc. usually have some really good vegan & cruelty free options.

Is this a vegan product? What is the retinol made of? Does it come from fish?

This product also contains Phenoxyethanol which is used as an insect-repellant and an anesthetic in fish aquaculture,etc. KLEEM organics retinol moisturizer seems to have better ingredients but does also contain palm oil. :(

Can any1 tell me any cream for hyperpigmentation n even skin tone

I've had success eliminating hyperpigmentation on my forehead pretty quickly with glycolic acid. You can buy it inexpensively in high concentrations and dilute it yourself. Choose the ratio of glycolic acid:water, depending on how much you're willing to put up with peeling skin to get faster results, or a weaker solution for a slower process.

I can't get the pump to work. I looked at the reviews to get answers and tried them. Still not working.

I had similar issues when I first received the product. I unscrewed the top, swirled the cream around a bit and then resealed it. A few pumps later it began to work. Give that a try and if it still doesn't work you might want to either contact the seller or just use it by opening it. Also, make sure you removed the little clear rubber piece that was blocking the hole :)
