This is the best sprinkled on popcorn, veges, meats GOOD!
I love this butter powder. I put it on popcorn, veges, meats , eggs, quiche any thing I use it as a finishing touch for flavor.

Great addition to popcorn
Just a few sprinkles on top of my buttered popcorn gives the popcorn a gourmet taste. Since it sticks to the butter it is easy to sprinkle on and a little bit goes a long way to give the popcorn that added zest.

Tasty, not entirely butter flavor though
I’ve been enjoying this powdered butter immensely, though I wouldn’t say it exactly tastes like butter, hence the reason for the 4/5. My goal was to impart a strong buttery flavor into my creations with this powder. Instead it has a milky /buttery flavor. Probably because it’s a combination of non-fat milk powder with butter powder. Either way I’ve been using it and combining it with other seasonings and have been enjoying it. I will try other brands just to experiment and see if I can find what I’m looking for, if not I’ll probably come back to this one. Thank you!!

It's really butter 🧈 like really butter
I didn't mix it I was watching Gordon Ramsay cooking at home being interesting and artistic and I seen him using and explaining how he was incorporating powder butter in his dish and several other usages and I was figure me in and I bought it and I... gave it to my wife and she learned and adjusted and Now I'm eating it and I really enjoy it and my wife is doing just fine

Good for popcorn!
Anthony's is always a product you can depend upon for quality. I use this in a mixture with nutritional yeast and Old Bay seasoning on popcorn I make in the microwave. The trick to make this concoction stick is to lightly spray the popcorn with olive oil and toss it first, then sprinkle on the mix and toss. This goes a lot further than melted butter. Probably fewer calories, too, although I haven't looked at that yet. Adding the nutritional yeast definitely adds vitamins that you don't get in a microwave popcorn, and it adds an umami flavor.

Butter Expires In 6 Months
This item has an expiration of 9/26 - 5 months from now! I bought this for use in the future (hopefully a year or more from now). No way to return this item. Waste of money.
