Whast is the shelf life of this butter powder?

Its February 2022 and I just received my 3 bags of Premium Butter Powder and the expiration date is 09/16/2022. I’m very dissatisfied. There should be something said about the short shelf life somewhere when ordering.

What is the amount of water (I'm guessing) to powder to use it? There were no instructions on the package.

Hi Marchese Mom! The general ratio to reconstitute our Powdered Butter is 9:1 (Powdered Butter to water). So for every 3 tablespoons of Powdered Butter, add 1 teaspoon of water. Hope that helps!

How long will this product last without refrigeration? I would like to use this for a long backpacking tip. thank you.

It's a powder and doesn't require refrigeration. I keep mine in the pantry. I only mix what I need as I need it. You can scoop out as much as you will need for your trip and put it in a travel container and it should work well for backpacking. Be safe and enjoy your adventure.
