No. It should fit just perfectly. The one i bought is slightly smaller than I expected, so, she should be ok

Unclear. It's advertised as leather, but real leather isn't usually this cheap. Some reviewers have said it is not genuine leather, but other reviewers have said that it is. My guess is that it is not real leather, which I find personally relieving.

Can this be fitted with a filter?

Just fill the beak with some black pepper like you're supposed to lol. Joking but all seriousness, this is not a mask that will filter viral particulates. For that I'd recommend Benehal brand N95 masks.

I think it depends. the hood is very roomy. The mask may be a little tight. I got it for my brother, hes 5'4 and around 130. thats my comparesion. sorry if it does not help
