I make turn overs, both salty or sweet. You can get the frozen dough circles ready to use or roll puff pastry about 1/16 of an inch in thickness and cut with round cookie cutter of the appropriate size. Tip: spray the inside of the crimpers with bakers joy before you place the circles on the crimpers. Don't over stuff. You can then bake for abour 30 minutes at 350 degrees or deep fry.

i am not sure. because these are in my vacation home, but they work very well.
