Has anyone got a recipe for one pizza rather than using a whole bag?

Hi there, for one large pizza (about 12 inch) I would use 250g of caputo gluten free flour and mix in 8g of salt. Then in a separate bowl add 5gs of dried yeast (we use gluten free yeast obviously) to 200g of luke warm water and mix together, then add 7g of olive oil. Add this liquid to the flour and mix well. Let it prove for 2-3 hours, then use can make your pizza base. Enjoy!!

Is this safe for ceoliacs? Is it made inna dedicated facility please.

I don't know if it is made in a dedicated facility but my partner is a coeliac and has never had any symptoms after eating this.

ingredients: I have just received this and it says gluten free wheat starch.. I'm so confused.. So this is not gluten free if it is wheat starch?

The wheat starch is gluten free, as is the flour which is gluten free. It is gluten free wheat starch as the gluten has been removed

Is there a recipe for bread in English on the package if not where can I find it

Yes on the side of the packet. The recipe-uses the whole bag,which I’ve not tried. I use this flour with the Ooni Gluten Free Pizza Dough recipe
