Great Grip and Comfort โ Worked Perfectly for a Custom Pull-Up Bar
I built a custom pull-up bar in my basement utility room using metal piping mounted to the ceiling. It worked well structurally, but the bare metal was cold and uncomfortable to grip. My son and I both noticed it made pull-ups harder than they needed to be. I found this handlebar tape and decided to wrap it around the pipe. It made a big difference. The tape added cushioning, improved grip, and eliminated that cold metal feel. Once installed, it felt secure and stayed in place during workouts. Even though itโs marketed for bike handlebars, it worked great for this application. Solid product and a simple upgrade that made our setup much more comfortable.

Handlebar tape/Bar wraps
Purchased this wrap not for my bike but for my fishing rod. Very durable, great grip event when wet. The wraps do not have an adhesive backing so I added superglue to keep them in place. Great look, I would definitely buy again.

Looks good!
Seems good for the price, there was just enough material, no cutting. The tape included was really bad. The red camo looks great on my bike I think.

Perfect padded wrap for making mobility grips and grab bars easier to use! Not just for the Bikers
Marvelous, exactly what I needed for wrapping the handles of my crutches, walking sticks and more. I am disabled and at times I use a wheelchair or crutches, but I also have a lot of hand weakness and nerve damage, so gripping things is difficult. I've been thinking of ordering some handlbar tape for a while to use to wrap odd handles and things that I have trouble grabbing. These are so soft and squishy I may buy a couple of extra sets to wrap around my wheelchair grip wheel. I haven't installed them on anything big yet, but where I have needed them, they work well. it's a great option for padding grips for disabled folks. There's plenty of length here to do several small handles like in the kitchen or around the house. I've bought sets for the broom, and the grab bars in the bathroom too where I sometimes have trouble gripping the slippery bars. We also have grab bars out in the garage that get very cold, so we think that a couple of set os these will be the easiest way to weatherise the cold metal out there and make it much safter to hold on to when moving around in general.

Not very camouflage-y. Digi camo woulda rocked but I support cows as well so itโs still mooL
We have a saying in California.. I suppose they say it in other places too but; You get what you pay for. I was expecting โblack and white camouflageโ but got โblack and white crime sceneโ but hey, it was literally the cheapest wrap on this website and it came the next day and I got what I paid for.

Works great
Super good enough for the price. Thereโs no stick adhesive on the backside but it still lays nice and flat if you pull it tight enough. Good amount of vision for your hands and it looks nice. The handlebar stoppers it came with were cheap so I am using some nicer ones I bought separately.

Wrapped well, great padding
First- finishing tape is basically super thin electrical tape. You can wrap the end of what your wrapping grip tape with and create a nice black edge that secure. It is not finishing tape that will secure the grip tape to itself. Taking into consideration... I went completely off grid. This bicycle grip tape is great padding. I had no trouble wrapping it. No trouble securing end I started on. On one section I also had no trouble being able to simply tuck the finishing end under the last wrap. The other section I used a piece of double sided tape as I did not want a black stripe, nor did I want the adhesive from the tape on the outside. What I did.... I play the euphonium, baritone tuba/baby tuba) and am playing in the pit orchestra for musical ath the local high school. Once we got down to full dress rehearsals with orchestra and cast between rehearsals and performances we have 13 days of 4.5 hour in the pit with only 2 days off Monday and Tuesday in the middle 9+4. I needed to be able to put horn down at times without just laying it on the ground. It has a trombone size bell so does not stand on the bell like many. Found a guitar stand and it works great, except for placing a the metal back. Seems odd to me since the hottom legs on the stand come with foam padding all around them. I've used bicycle grip tape for many things in the past. This time I wrapped the back legs of the A frame stand and it works great. It's a little firmer than the foam padding that came on the stand, but it's still a nice soft cushion for my horn.

Not recommended
very weak material - cannot stretch and broke very easily while installing.

Get what you pay for
The bar plugs fell off after a few rides, but the tape itself gives pretty good cushion Update : bar tape ripped already within half a year
