Included with the MOTR are 24 (6” x 4”) flash cards attached with a metal ring. On one side is a suggested exercise with pictures, and on the reverse are detailed instructions for that exercise. There are also plenty of free YouTube videos of classes that are great.

Does this have the non-slip cover included?

Yes. Everything you need all fits inside for storage. So well designed!!

Does the motr come with a dvd or other resource for knowing how to use it?

Yes, and a booklet. If I’m not mistaken, you also get a year free subscription for their live classes.
