if you unfortunately need an urn, this one is good quality. elegant and appropriately masculine, I got it for my father - in - law's ashes. it feels sturdy, it fit what i needed it to. it comes with a cloth bag. hopefully we can spread the ashes soon enough to no longer need it.

I bought 2 urns (in diff colors) for my parents' ashes (both parents died on the same day), & though the urns are very well made, I had a VERY hard time unscrewing the lid from 1 of them. My hubby is very strong & it took him about 20 mins to get the lid off. I was panicking because I had foolishly waited until right before we were leaving to go to my parents' funeral before I transferred their ashes into their urns. So, I wanted to share this so that other buyers don't make the same mistake that I did! Make sure in advance that you're able to remove the lid! Other than the lid issue, I was really impressed with the quality of both of the urns.
