Nice stick for modding. Comes with square gate, easy to mod better than the mayflash f500
I say its better than the mayflash f500 because the cord isnt on the front but on the left side of the stick and it houses nicely in the little side spot... change the joystick tho seems loose a bit but still a great stick to work on and to add a nice picture on it or leave as is... nice weight to it provebts it from sliding and moving around. This is now my go to stick at the moment but i miss my mayflash f300 lol

Good buy if you enjoy fighting games
Awesome product from the UK which works on most US PS4 games. The only thing it struggles with is some games need the PS4 touch pad for the start button, which the Venom lacks. You can work around it by signing in with a controller then sign back in with the Venom. Very customizable and the cables are plenty long. I recommend it.

Portable and extremely flexible - an ideal stick for the budget-concious World Warrior
There are three kinds of fightstick. First, you have the ones built like tanks, such as the tournament standard Madcatz T.E. range. But they cost £150 at the least and are bulky enough to require their own dedicated satchel or stick bag. Great sticks, and they'll last for years - but at the cost of portability. Second, you have sticks that sacrifice something to cut costs. The Razer Atrox line is notorious for dodgy cables and breakdowns. Hori sticks often skirt the price/performance line quite well, but can have issues with customization, non-standard parts and awkward sizes. These sticks have tradeoffs. Then you have the Venom - a stick that trades off in all the right places and delivers a product that somehow offers significant benefits over sticks twice the price. It's closest comparison is the old Madcatz S.E. - but as befits a stick released several years later, the quality is far higher. The Venom is a Mayflash V2 at it's core - PS4, PS3 and PC (DirectInput) are supported. It has the world's largest Playstation button, designed for maximum speed in getting your GG message over to the chap/chapette you just played, presumably. It's only slightly larger on top than a piece of A4 paper, and on it are eight buttons and a joystick - stock parts, not the Sanwa Denshi-made arcade parts of pricier sticks. Normally, that's a downside - but this stick is at least £35 cheaper than any stick I've seen that comes with Sanwa parts. We'll come back to this later. The stick itself is made out of durable plastic, with a metal plate on the underside providing weight to the frame. The stick has a great layout, which contains one of the only flaws of the stick - the top plate does flex very slightly when you hammer the buttons. On the left hand side is a simple, rugged cable holder for the 10ft cable, which does its job far better than other sticks that come to mind (I'm looking at you, Madcatz T.E.). It has the standard selection of buttons and switches - like stick mapping toggle, start/select - on the top left, and overall out of the box has a competent and simple design. So then, a great stick for beginners - but those stock parts, whilst competent, are not tournament standard. They're good, but you can do better. You're the next Daigo Umehara. You want to use Sanwa parts. That means you'll need to get a different stick, right? Don't be silly. Via the power of the internet, or robbing parts out of your old sticks, like I did, you can acquire 8 Sanwa 30mm OBSFs. You can get a Sanwa joystick - a JLF. You can get the right ribbon cable to hook up the Sanwa joystick to this stick's PCB (into a slot that the stock stick doesn't even use - this stick was built to be modded). And you can spend about ten minutes swapping in the right parts, as long as you have an idea of what you're doing. Tutorials are online. I made one. Total cost of this and the Sanwa parts? Maybe £110. For that, you get a stick which is smaller, lighter and just about as durable as the more expensive sticks on the market. Modding this with Sanwa parts is pretty much trivial for anyone who's ever done it before. Oh, and just for an extra value-add, the plexiglass top plate is only held on by magnets and the buttons clipping on to it. The art on the underside of that plexiglass? Paper. Custom art is trivial to apply on this stick. Overall, this is the best budget stick I've ever seen. It's reliable, easy to mod, has a great form factor for travelling, is just the right weight, and priced really aggressively. It's my preferred stick for travelling for Street Fighter V, and I can heartily recommend it as an experienced fighting game player to those who don't want to splash out on my personal favourite stick, the Madcatz T.E. 2. (Oh, and for custom stick fiends, the PCB is the size of a playing card and trivial to remove for your own nefarious purposes.)

Mejor relacion Calidad Precio
