Big and durable
Great durable product. Ive used it for homeless aid, serving hot drinks on cold nights. And for mashing beer, just put some food safe filter material in the bottom beneath your grains.

Marching Band must-have item!
A must-have for marching band moms! I fill this with hot water from a kettle at home in the wee hours of the morning on competition day. It stays warm for 8-10 hours. I set it up at our food tent for the parents to have instant coffee (we get pretty desperate!), kids' hot cocoa, and cup-o-noodles. Works great, but takes one strong band dad, or two determined band moms to carry it!

Good product too bad it had a bad Seal was broken and unable to use rubber seal around lid i recieved was broken for this i gave it low ratings .. sure be nice of the seller to replace the rubber ring since one sent was broken and have been able to use this till i find one Guess they dont warranted the products .. BUYER BEWARE ...... CAME WITH A BROKEN GASKET NOW COSTING ME 25.99 TO FIX THERE PROBLEM ..

Great for large crowd
Keeps beverage very cold. Holds a lot, doesn’t lead/ great quality. I use it in my food truck!

Worth every penny
The best thing I've bought. We take care of the homeless in all weather. IT holds its temperature as stated (sometimes longer). Very well built, sturdy and will last a long time. My only regret is that I couldn't afford more then one. But definitely a great purchase.

Everything I wanted in a hot coffee dispenser
This kept our coffee hot for over five hours during an event. It is sturdy, the built in handles help with lifting/moving, and the spout works great.

Less than 4.5 gallons but works.
Works as expected. Seals well. Keeps drinks warm for hours. Would have given a 5 but it only holds a little less than 4.5 gallons instead of the advertised 5.

Something every body notices it.
I don’t user every day, but when I do, every body is thankful. I take coffee for gatherings and everybody is happy. Me too. Keeps the coffe hot for long time.

NOT 10 gallons. BAIT AND SWITCH!!
This is a 7.5G not 10G I hate when they try to push a product that isn't the correct size. I was catering an event and had to transport 20G of Hot chocolate to a kilds Santa Claus parade party. Bought 2... Needless to say these containers came up short. Also snap locks on the top are cheap and pop open in transit. Save the headache, buy a Cambro brand hot beverage carafe.
