Deep Stress Relief: When You Need a Long Vacation, But Only Have a Short Time: Total Relaxation & Guided Relaxation

The first brain sync Kelly Howell CD that I ever tried was the secret to attracting wealth. At the time I was in a bit of a financial crisis, so I listen to it a couple times a day because it was so reassuring and comforting. I enjoyed following the guided meditation and just zoned out on it. Even though the meditation had me running a race up a hill, I never felt tired or discouraged but rather, it gave me a sense of having some kind of control because I could actually do something even if it was just creative visualization it helps me feel better. but then I came into a windfall of money and the money just kept coming in the form of large checks every month and it all happened so suddenly just a couple of months after I started doing these medications. so at that point it was hooked. Out of all of the ones that I've tried so far by Brain Sync and Kelly Howell this one makes me the least sleepy. It's the only one that I've actually tried to fall asleep to and was not able to which is saying a lot because it's very easy for me to fall asleep especially to anything by these people. while Desire has you walking up to a castle and Destiny has you walking through a desert and the secret to attracting love has you climb up into a temple this one takes you to a garden. I found it to be incredibly Soothing and a bit rejuvenating.I love almost everything that brain sync & Kelly Howell do. The guided meditations are my favorite.I especially love the ones on desire destiny and Universal Mind meditation as well as the healing ones. I am NOT as fond of the ones that have ocean sounds in the background so I do not own any of those. That is probably because I live by the ocean so I don't feel like I need to hear the ocean on a CD.I was pleasantly surprised because this order actually came with two CDs in the set and it came with beautiful music as well as the guided meditation. The music on this one sounded a little different than many other brain sync CD's.

I love all of Kelly Howell recordings. These really work to relieve stress and for guided meditation. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I love all the Kelly Howell CD's and this one is no exception. I just wish sometimes that her music wasn't so loud in the background. It is distracting to me as I strain to hear what she's saying. Other than that I probably own most all of her stuff and enjoy it. Her voice is lovely and soothing. You won't be disappointed!

I find all of Kelly Howell's CDs very helpful in centering and grounding me, and they are also helpful to play before I go to sleep. I highly recommend them.

Bought this for my husband who has chronic pain. He loved it! He loves all of Kelly Howells tapes, but he thought this one was especially helpful to him. He listens to it at night and during the day with headphones.
