The sole is very thick and bouncy so will be great for walking over pebbles as some 'aqua shoes' have a super flat sole so no ideal for walking on rocks. Feel very comfortable for general walking.Size was slightly confusing as I ordered a 5.5 and they turned up with a label saying 39 which is a 6 but they are definitely more of a 5.5 as they are too small for a 6. Construction is sound and shoes are airy and quite flexible, yet I would think sturdy enough for uneven ground (not tested this yet). Delivery was on time.
