Install aluminum floor, bow, stern, and then midsections. Lock floor in place.. Inflate boat the rest of the way and then inflate the keel. Done, but now you have a 180 pound boat to move to the water😛.. I installed removable wheels that I bought off Amazon to the transom and even with my 130 pound 15 horse motor attached I alone can easily pick up the front and wheel it down to launch. **Q: How long it will last?** A: I have only had my bris a couple of months but am very happy with this boat. The customer service is very good and I expect to get years of use from this product. **Q: When camping, i intend to remove the engine and chain the boat to a tree or something. is there anyway to chain it other than the d-rings?** A: There are also two handles on each side that can be used to help secure it. You should be able to use a 1/2 in security cable which will thread through several of the D-rings at the same time.
