Hi, it can only put 6 letters max for single row, becuase if you put more than 6 characters, the necklace will be easy to broken;

i ordered this item like 2 weeks ago and it said it was coming in like june but now it says i never bought it why is that?

So we had to cancel your order. 
Normally it takes 5-7 days to custom a bubble letter necklace and takes 15-25 days to deliver if there is no problem with customization details.
