This is a very tasty fish sauce, applicable for both cooking and dipping. However, the design of the plastic cap is very poor and it is extraordinarily difficult to open the bottle, no matter how many times you use it and regardless of whether you keep the tip clean (if you don't use fish sauce in your cooking regularly, it is highly recommended to store it in the fridge) . I suggest transferring the sauce to another bottle as the poorly designed cap will leave you frustrated.

Great product essential for Thai curry etc. Can also add a salty umami taste ideal in soups, stews. Excellent store cupboard product for boosting flavour in a wide range of cooking.

I use fish sauce regularly in a favourite thai curry recipe. This is a big bottle and keeps for ages in the fridge. So much cheaper than buying from supermarket.

Be careful buying this item, what I received was absolutely inedible. The taste was so foul I immediately through it out the same day I got it. Worst part is this item is not eligible for a refund.DO NOT BUY THIS FISH SAUCE.
