Ive owned several pianos and have always wanted to try tuning one myself. This kit is perfect for learning the art and definitely gets the job done. Tools are high quality and feel sturdy enough for tightening strings. The wrench fit over the pegs perfectly. Recommended!

Worked wonders at home! Make sure tou YouTube "How to tune a piano", download a tuner app on your phone, and TUNE AWAY!! It did take me about 5 times to tune my piano as it was very bad off, and now it's as good as new!

Muting rubbers fall off after a few use. You can glue them back on But over time , it will fall back if you do a lot of tuning. Not really recommended for pro stuff.

I echo the comments from other people here, the quality is so terrible that it is laughable! The tuning hammer is small and thin! The metal part is thin; and it flexes and bends when you apply force. The wooden handle is very small (like a small screwdriver handle meant for light work) so it is really hard to control the force you apply. It is very frustrating to work with because you tend to easily mess up your tuning. The handle also rotates/spins on mine, which adds to the frustration. And the PICTURES are FALSE, the tuning hammer is much shorter compared to the muting sticks. Remember - the longer the handle, the easier it is to control the angle of your tuning and requires lesser force. The tuning fork is tuned A#!!! (Why do you even include something that is off-tune, and its sole purpose is for tuning???) All the muting inserts (including the muting sticks) have thick rubber material in the MIDDLE of the inserting edge. I believe these are outlet tubes which are used in the molding process when they mold the rubber. But WHY put it at the critical edge? Or why not trim it after? As a result, it is hard to insert them on the strings with small gaps. The rubber is also too soft for its function. Bottom line: I can't say anything good on this product. I am surprised why this is highly rated and marked as Amazon Choice. Do they come up with 3-5 bogus reviews to counter a negative review? Save yourself some grief and buy a different set.

Creo que sirve para hacer ajustes para afinar, pero si eres un afinador profesional definitivamente no lo comprarías. Porque la llave es muy pequeña del mango, a veces se necesita un largo mas grande para algunos pianos.

It worked fine for me, but a longer handle for leverage would have made the tuning easier. I would have paid more for a longer handle had I known. Also the felt was too thick to thread in my strings so didn't use it.
