The mulberry paper seems to have different selections to choose from. Are they all the same or can I specify a selection?

Can you write letters on this paper?

Possibly, but not easily. Most of the sheets have a fairly bumpy texture, and some have an almost polished finish. If you are into trying different kinds of pens and some experimentation, you could probably make it work. It is really pretty paper, but I used it to make paper flowers.
