Long hair rubber cutting cape

What are you asking on a rubber cutting cape?? I use fir short hairs when I do a hard part.

How are these able to stay on ones head? Are there clips to attach it to hair hmm?

Honestly just get hair clips instead they hold the hair up better these grips don’t hold up very well after a while
