They are very comfortable but a little stiff which I'm sure is because they are new. Once they are worn for a few days the stiffness will loosen up. I got them because of all the walking I do at work and because of my planters fasciitis. These shoes are made for feet like mine and I'm glad I got them. I would recommend to anyone looking for comfortable shoes especially if you have planters fasciitis. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ These shoes felt great everywhere on my feet *by R***N on March 9, 2015* I'll admit, I have wide feet, especially in the toes and my big toes stick straight ahead. These shoes felt great everywhere on my feet, except for my right big toe was being pressed and rubbed when I walked. My left big toe felt contact. I sometimes go with wide widths. The design of these shoes has a very slight curve in by the big toes and that was why I had to return them. The rest of the shoe felt great, very supportive, these probably would have been my favorite walking shoes. If your wide area is in the ball of your feet, then these will probably fit you like a dream. I often wear size 10 sneakers, but only the ones that are wide or more square in the end and not the ones that are narrow. I've taken short hikes (1-2 miles) through the mountains here in North Carolina, I wear them almost every day and have even played pickleball wearing them. They are the best shoes I've found to relieve my Plantar Fasciitis. I wish I would have had them when I was a missionary in Honduras, had no car and was walking every day over the cobblestone streets and uneven sidewalks. The only negative I have is the price.
