This one seems smaller in the bust than the other style that I have. I wear a 36DD and I run so I find it difficult to find affordable sports bras. I recommend this brand overall but thought I might write a review as other reviews have helped me greatly with sizing for other items from Amazon, particularly with differences in international sizing.Initially ordered a L (DEF) in a different style of Yvette sports bra and had to return for the M (DEF) which fit perfectly. For this style, the band is right with the M (DEF) but the cup is much tighter and functions more like a tight compression bra. It is also lower cut so you can see in my cleavage that my girls are squished but since I always wear a tee or tank over won’t be an issue. I feel like the M(DEF) in this bra would be OK for a single D cup who normally wears a 36 band size but nothing larger. Especially if you have had any sort of shoulder injury/surgery.2 - the padding - The padding in this bra is light enough that it is barely noticeable - except that you don't light up the room with your "headlights". And the padding is NOT removable. I hate the removable padding it gets balled up and I have to re-adjust it every time I wash a bra.I got a medium (my normal size) and it is snug - which is what I want in a sports bra.
