YTL International Yard Commander YTL22102 Capacity Steel Dump Cart, 1500-Pound

The directions are very lacking...this company should study Ikea. There are not step-by-step directions, the picture of the final product does not show details of which panel is inside/outside. This doesn't seem like a big deal but the Warranty specifically states that the warranty is void if the cart is not assembled properly! Well, several hours later...three holes in a row, different sized boltss & each with different heads - how many screwdrivers should I need to assemble a cart? Some of the bolts are clearly too small for the holes, but will hold with the washers and nuts. Just too frustrating for words. I would not recommend buying from this company - cannot even find them on the Net?

During the assembly, I realized that there was a piece missing. I contacted the manufacturer (YTL in California) and they had the part sent to me from their plant in China via DHL. I received the part in 1 week which I thought was awesome and great customer service! I got the trailer together pretty easily. Be sure to lay all your pieces out and give yourself plenty of working room.This is a great size yard trailer and it tilts! I would recommend this trailer to the average homeowner.
