These worked great for an LED project on my motorcycle
These worked great for an LED project on my motorcycle. The wire was of good quality. At first they were a bit difficult to get apart but they get a bit easier to separate and put back together after a few cycles. Can't speak to the waterproof aspect as they are under my seat. I chose waterproof as a just in case.

I'm only giving 4 stars now cause no experience yet with how waterproof they truly are, but construction, for a bargain China-sourced connector kit, seems to be quite high quality. Connected and disconnected several times, no issues, I used two of these in my overhead console project to allow quick removal for servicing, and two to replace the crappy spade connectors my two LED front light bars came with. So far, satisfied, body moulding appears to be within spec, no moulding flash or other distortions impeding connection, rubber water seals are good quality and compress well when mated, no issues with pins backing out except for one, pushed back in to reseat and was fine, wire is a good enough gauge that should be able to carry 5 to 8 amps no trouble, I wouldn't recommend these for very high power applications over 20 amperes. Other than that, does the job they are made for.

WIRES PULL OUT EASILY
they look and feel good but the wires pull out very easily. be careful when stripping the ends.

Not sure if they would fit the male end.
I needed to replace the female ends of my wires to my coils, weren't sure if these female ends would fit, bought them anyway. Kept getting a misfire code and had eliminated all I could but the wires. I spliced and solder the wires on the worst ones and the engine light went out and the idling smoothed out some. still have two to go. They Worked!

Perfect for my application
These are perfect for the application I used them for. As far as weatherproof and water resistance, I am not sure, but they are not going to be seeing anything more than some dust.
