Currently had him for a couple hours. I already love him like a son. He's really sturdy and take a hit, plus he makes me feel less lonely just by being present. You can dress him up and he won't fight you over your fashion choices. He's great!

The Century BOB Opponent Bag is a perfect way to get some exercise, and for me, it relieves some stress. It is adjustable in height and can be used for boxing, kickboxing, or just pounding on to get your blood a flowing. You can fill the base with dry sand or water; the weight will keep your Century BOB upright and solid. The upper striking areas are made of a softer material, but still very firm. Highly recommended purchase compared to others.

BEST TRAINING BUDDY, BOB!Not only is it built like a tank but it feels like the real thing. I love it, all my sons love it, and my dog HATES it! When I’m beating the snot out of it my dog thinks it’s a real man and ALL her hair is standing straight up and ALL her teeth are on display! Hahaha...Daddy’s girl!But seriously, I’m so impressed with the customer service end of my purchase that I’m VERY confident I will be buying from them again! They’ve held up their end of the deal buy getting me the most rugged, dependable, and tough SOB (or BoB) that these knees, elbows, head, and fists of fury can throw at it!So don’t drag your feet anymore (like I did) it might seem pricey compared to a punching bag but it’s worth every penny! The realism and easy adjustability for different heights is SO NICE! Heck you can even dress him up! Can you do that to a bag? Even holds my chest rig with ease. Only wish I did it a long time ago.

I'm not someone who is very much into fitness and working out. I don't like going to gyms, running, swimming, or very many other work-intensive forms of exercise. For me, BOB is great because I enjoy the time I spend working out when I use him. This product is both fun and productive.If you are interested in buying your own BOB, there are a couple downsides that you should know about. These complaints are from my personal experience with BOB.#1- Filling up BOB's base. You are supposed to do this with either water or sand. From what I've read, filling up the base with water can lead to some problems, so I decided to fill up my BOB's base with sand. I got 200 lbs worth of sand, and filled it up. It took a few hours to do this. The opening in the base where the sand goes is too small, which is why it took so long. Fortunately it was something I only have to do once, so long as I don't plan on moving BOB to a different location.#2- When you receive BOB, you attach him to the base with screws & washers. Every once and a while when I use BOB, a screw & washer will come loose and I have to screw it back in.Those are my only real gripes with this product, and they aren't major problems, only minor inconveniences. I would definitely recommend BOB, great product!

I love this thing. So much better than a punching bag. Not just for exercise. Great for stress relief, too. A little expensive, and I had concerns with the screws not lining up in the back and being a potential issue down the road. The seller wasn't as concerned and said it would have a one year warranty if a problem arose.

I would like to announce a new member of the Adams family, Bob! When the FedEx stork dropped him off, he was in a cardboard egg. He wasn't too heavy, easy to move. I hatched him, then added water to his base (he needs a little bleach with his water). Bob was unfortunately born without arms and legs, but I immediately loved him as one of our own. Then I punched him. He still loves me, even after that upper cut.

I bought this product because I wanted to train my mind to get used to throwing punches at something that at least resembled a human (as opposed to a sand bag). This thing is a lot of fun and definitely a great tool to train with. For those of you who are thinking about using it for kicking practice, you can forget about that though. The instructions specifically say do not kick the black mount that the rubber guy sits on. Its cool though, this thing is great for practicing hooks and jabs, and just combinations in general. One thing I will say is that it was a little bit difficult filling it with sand at first. I bought 5- 50lb bags of sand, and for the first bag I tried using a funnel to fill it in but it took almost 10 minutes to empty that bag. After that, I just started pouring the rest of the bags straight in the hole. I got sand all over the floor, but this method was much much faster. I enjoy this product and if you feel like spending the money, I think this is a great addition for anyone looking to practice their punches.

No matter how angry BOB makes you and how long you hammer his grumpy face and chiseled body, BOB will absorb your punches like Gandhi on a salt mission. 3-4 minutes guaranteed HIT level exercise for men and women.

J'ai reçu mon nouveau partenaire d'entraînement hier et WOW!Points forts :- Texture merveilleusement confortable et quand même près de la réalité (du moins plus près qu'un sac de frappe traditionnel)- 270 lbs. Son poids étant issu élevé, les frappes puissantes sont possibles.- Sa forme humaine permet non seulement de frapper pour frapper, mais aussi de travailler avec précision. Beaucoup plus efficace de s'entraîner en visant le foie, la gorge, les tampes... La précision de frappe en combat change tout ;-)- Réglable en hauteur. Je peux donc entraîner mes frappes avec précision sur des hauteurs différentes. On ne se bag pas toujours contre quelqu'un de notre taille, faut savoir varier!- Livraison très rapide (normalement prévue deux jours plus tard!!! Bravo!)Points faibles:- un peu cher mais ça en vaut le prix.- il lui manque les jambes. Le modèle Bob XL existe mais beaucoup plus cher.- le montage est facile sauf pour certaines vis (au dos) qui sont plus difficiles à atteindre. Avec de la patience, on y arrive ;-)Bref, je suis merveilleusement satisfait de Bob et je le recommande sans hésitation.

Llegó rapido y en perfecta condiciones. Está genial, muy realista y genial para entrenar en casa. En mi caso lo he llenado con agua. Es rápido con ayuda de un ambudo. He llenado 80 litros (caben 120) y la base aguanta bien. Es cierto que cuesta un poco encajar el muñeco y colocar los tornillos (sobre todo si lo haces solo). Recomiendo que lo coloquéis sobre un suelo de goma (tipo tatami o algo por el estilo) porque sobre un suelo duro hace bastante ruido. Es un buen producto, lo recomiendo y lo volveria a comprar
