Resistance bands have been used by coaches around the world for over 20 years to train there elite athletes. Use KAZE SPORTS 41-inch resistance loop bands to maximize workout intensity or make difficult exercises more achievable. Loop bands are not just for powerlifting and weightlifting, they can be used for speed and agility training, Plyometrics, Aerobics, Stretching, Prehabilitation or Rehabilitation. All of our bands are made from 100% natural latex, and manufactured using a continuous layering process to ensure longevity. Each color represent different width hence different resistance level: Red: 1/2" width, 5-35 lb Black: 3/4" width, 10-50 lb Purple: 4/5" width, 15-65 lb Green: 1 1/8" width, 20-75 lb Blue: 1 1/4" width, 35-100 lb Orange: 1 3/4" width, 50-120 lb Gray: 2 1/2" width, 65-150 lb Yellow: 3 1/4" width, 70-180 lb Warning: Our bands are made of layered latex. It is recommended that people with latex allergies do not expose their skin to our Bands. Inspect your bands thoroughly BEFORE EVERY use for any tears, wear, or damage. Bands will eventually wear out and can break over time. NEVER use a damaged band! Bands are not toys and should not be treated as such. Bands should be kept out of the reach of younger children to avoid injury .Younger athletes should be supervised when using the bands. If you use the bands for resisted running drills always use at least 4 bands of equal size and use Large bands or stronger. The bands should be looped together and never knotted. Always undo the loops after each use. This will prevent excessive wear at the contact points. Never use a door as an anchor. Never stretch any band more than twice its original length.

Great Band for Stretching Exercises
I ordered one of these bands when I started having pains with my rotator cuff, so I could do low intensity stretches to help strengthen the rear side of my shoulders. Using these bands daily has been a great help, and I've gotten rid of all of my shoulder pain.These bands are also great for a multitude of other exercises, and are great for when I travel, since they add virtually no weight to bad.I will note that they are described as a pull-up assist band, but I haven't really used them as such. My wife tried using the band for that, but it didn't seem long enough to get your foot into from ground level. But for other stretching exercises, it's perfect.

love doing pull ups with this band, has increased my max reps with the assist helping me struggle through the tough ones, so worth the money.
